Steps to Referee

1) Submit availability each week by Sunday 7pm by using this online form:

2) It is your responsibility to view assignments online each week you submit availability.  Each club has a link to the left. Assignments are posted by Tuesday night each week.

3) Review Information and Rules

4) Arrive at assigned field 30 minutes prior to game in full referee uniform to perform duties

5) Submit W9 Form (PDF W9 click here)

Yellow or Red card(s); Injury; or unusual situation

DO NOT RETAIN ANY PASSES!
